Jonathan Dole

endpoint is Jonathan’s third startup in 15 years. As co-founder, his main focus thus far has been as the lead software architect and engineer of this next generation IVR/IWR system. In 1998, Jonathan was co-Founder and original software architect at Dynarand, LLC., a leading provider of IRT systems. In his role as Senior VP and later President, Jonathan oversaw the rapid growth and success of the company. Previously he was with Salestar, a software company in the telecommunications industry. Jonathan graduated from Bentley College with a BS in Computer Information Systems.

Tom O’Connell

With a background in telecommunications and software development, Tom has led four successful technology companies since 1994. As endpoint co-founder, his focus is on the client service and operational areas of the business. Prior to endpoint, Tom helped build Dynarand from a startup organization to a global provider of IRT systems to the health science industry. Tom has also held key operational roles in businesses in the telecommunications and life science industries. Tom graduated from California State University, Chico with a BS in Telecommunications.
