CEO Chuck Harris, who has been a part of the endpoint leadership team since 2011 and has led the company as CEO for the last four years, has decided to step down to pursue other opportunities. During Chuck’s tenure, the endpoint team has experienced tremendous success and has earned an enviable industry reputation in the interactive response technology (IRT) space. While endpoint was acquired by Covance in September 2017, the company has stayed true to its roots and is an organization of people who are passionate about delivering innovative and high-quality IRT solutions for clinical studies.
Christine Oliver will succeed Chuck as CEO of endpoint. Christine joined endpoint in 2013 as an Account Director and quickly moved to the role of VP of Operations in 2015. She was appointed to her current position as COO in 2016, a time when endpoint had approximately 120 employees. Since then, endpoint has tripled its employee base and revenues, and operates across five continents and five locations. Christine brings more than 20 years’ experience in IRT and the clinical industry to her role and has the skill and trust of the organization to continue to drive the success that endpoint has established in the marketplace. With Christine’s leadership, endpoint will undoubtedly grow its service base to new heights in the future.
As we move through this transition, endpoint will continue to hold true to its mission and values, and customers can expect the same customer obsessed-level of commitment that is so strongly ingrained in the endpoint organization.
