Congratulations to our very first class of endpoint Academy graduates, and in welcoming our newest endpoint’ers! Our 14 new Associate Project Managers (APMs) joined us for five days of immersive training on PM Fundamentals, IRT in the clinical trial ecosystem, and a deep dive into our products, systems, and processes and their roles and responsibilities as Endpoint APMs. Interactive sessions and social activities, led by Endpoint leaders, were opportunities to engage learners, drive collaboration and forge new relationships.
For me, perhaps the most inspiring aspect of the Academy was the chance for our newest recruits to see endpoint’s culture in action and our core values of ‘Community, Ownership, Simplify, Engage and Customer Obsessed’ exemplified by all the leaders and team members they interacted with. I could not be more excited to see what this group of passionate people will achieve as they join us on our mission to simplify getting life-changing clinical trials to patients.
A Culture of Learning and Development
For graduates, endpoint Academy represents the start of their learning journey, not the end. It’s through on-the-job training, shadowing, formal and informal mentorships, communication, and connection that our collective knowledge, expertise, and commitment to quality will be fostered and passed on. We all have a part to play in creating an incredible onboarding experience and developing the circle of support that assures our people’s success as they begin their journey with endpoint.
As we look to 2022, we’re accelerating investment in endpoint Academy and will evolve and scale the program to improve the onboarding and training experience for all roles and new hires. We welcome your ideas, recommendations, and participation as we build a sustainable culture of learning across the organization to develop our next generation of leaders and make endpoint the best place to work!
We are also pleased that we were able to support LifeBridge Northshore, a local organization who has been working to meet the most urgent needs of homeless and under-housed in the North Shore of Massachusetts for more than three decades and serves meals daily, with donations of our surplus food from this week’s events.
