DRIVE Adapts to Platform, Basket, and Umbrella Trials

DRIVE was forward-thinking in its design, looking at how clinical trial designs are evolving. With DRIVE, you can inventory multiple materials in one system that can be easily assigned to a trial as needed to help more efficiently manage your platform, basket, & umbrella trials.

Understanding Platform Basket and Umbrella Trials

As clinical trials evolve, it is natural to feel overwhelmed with how to begin planning master protocols for new study designs – namely platform, basket and umbrella trials.

With the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s draft guidance ‘Master Protocols: Efficient Clinical Trial Design Strategies to Expedite Development of Oncology Drugs and Biologics’ – it opens up a world of opportunities for sponsors and sites alike.

Through years of experience helping sponsors manage complex oncology trials, endpoint has established a deep understanding of the emphasis needed on continuously advancing eClinical technology to accommodate for the increasing complexities of trial management.
